Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — free shipping on all Outlaw X products.
How fast will my order ship?
Orders ship the same or next business day, and typically arrive within 3 business days.
Do you ship to my state?
We sell nationwide, but some states and localities have their own rules on these products. It’s your responsibility to know and follow the laws where you live. See our Ammo Disclosure page for the details.
Legality & Age
Are exploding targets legal?
Our binary target kits ship as two separate components that are not explosive on their own. They only become reactive once you mix them, which is what makes them legal to sell and ship. Once mixed, they are an explosive — so you are responsible for using them safely and legally.
Is there an age requirement?
Yes. You must be 18 or older to order. Please read our Ammo Disclosure for the full terms before you buy.
Products & Mixing
What’s in a binary target kit?
Each kit includes the two components you mix together at the range — an oxidizer and the catalyst powder. We stock Tannerite and Outlaw X — you choose which you prefer.
Is Outlaw X the same as Tannerite?
The concept and principle are similar, but the ingredients — particularly the catalysts — are different. Where Tannerite produces a water vapor cloud, our Outlaw X targets produce a fireball. For this reason you should be very cautious in dry conditions.
Why is your ammonium nitrate a good choice for targets?
We supply non-coated prill in the right size for a clean reaction, weighed full and shipped free. Customers check the weight and it comes in spot on.
How do I mix a kit?
Follow the directions: weigh, mix and shoot. Always follow the instructions provided and any applicable local laws when handling these materials.

Why are your prices the best?
We’re a small company with low overhead. We buy in bulk, have great shipping contracts in place, and we self-distribute — so that difference goes into your price instead of ours.
How do I reach a real person?
Due to an insane amount of telemarketers, it has become difficult to answer every call that comes in. I use a filter on my iPhone that cuts out a lot of the spam calls — otherwise I’d never get anything done. I still answer all the calls I can. If you want or need an immediate response, text me or leave a message if I don’t answer.
